Who We Are
At Old Mexico Hunting, harvest the trophy of a lifetime exclusively in Sonora, Mexico.
Owners, Spencer Bratt and JJ Lund, have hunted Sonora for years and they know the land. They also both speak fluent Spanish and have set up some amazing opportunities to accomplish a dream harvest. Old Mexico Hunting has access to multiple world-renowed ranches as well as their own 10,000 acre hunting ranch. Hunts take place along the safest international highways and, at times, some sketchy dirt roads to get the biggest deer.
Hunters can harvest a second Mule Deer as well addtiional trophies of Coues Deer, Javelina, Bobcat, and possibly even Mountain Lion.
Have the time of your life accompanied by beautiful landscapes, first-class facilities, comfortable beds, and (kinda) hot showers. Old Mexico aims to give hunters a once in a lifetime hunting experience in the rugged terrain of Sonora, Mexico.
Old Mexico Guides are experts at what they do and have years of Mule Deer field-judging experience. They are highly skilled all speak English. Most hunts take place from high-rack vehicles. Hunters should prepare for spot and stalk hunting with normal hiking difficulty. Many ranches also have glassing locations to spot your deer and sheep.
Meals are always tasty and consist of both Mexican and American foods. You will not go hungry! We can follow any dietary needs with advance notice. Drinks (bottled water, soda, juice, coffee, beer, whisky, tequila, and more!) are provided.
